Express, not depress
Being creative is not a nice-to-have. It works. Pottery, painting, writing, embroidery - not an emergency craft programme, but balm for the brain. Without labels, without a wagging finger, without "What did you take away for yourself?". Just do it. Mind off, hands on.
Unwind: from the screen, from to-do mode, from constantly functioning. And no, this isn't just a feeling. It's proven. Scientifically. With artsip, that's exactly what happens: out of your head, into action. Without expectations, without pressure - but with the freedom to just try something. Because it doesn't have to be beautiful to work.

"Creativity is not a luxury - it is systemically relevant. artsip makes it mentally effective and everyday-suitable."
Jasmin Dhanani

Team

The idea didn't come to us while painting - but after a workout. As passionate recreational athletes, we thought: Why is it perfectly normal to sweat for wellbeing - but somehow "weird" to just draw, sculpt or sew? During Corona we suddenly had time to think. And it became clear: The sports world got it. Everything is thought through - app, course, community, health benefits and science-based. But with art & craft? Either esoterically charged: "Feel your inner light during macramé" or highly result-oriented: Main thing beautiful, main thing showable. The process? Often falls short. Yet that's exactly where the value lies: winding down, switching off, just doing.
Creative activity strengthens mental health - regardless of talent or abilities. Mental Health? Sure, it's in there. Like vegetables in a good curry - you don't notice it right away, but it works. artsip is like a gym - just for creativity and mental health. No paints, no gains.

Our Values
We are a Verified Social Enterprise - awarded the label by SENA & aws. We focus on social sustainability: from barrier-free, inclusive digital access to creative health offerings that are affordable, low-threshold and preventive. This enables more people to access mental health promotion - regardless of budget, education or barriers.
We work with local partners - for space, materials and nice vibes. With artists who think sustainably and share our understanding of quality. We pay attention to fair conditions, short distances and natural materials that make sense - not just look pretty.
Our website follows the principles of Sustainable Web Design - with reduced code, minimal data load and optimised performance for the smallest possible CO2 footprint.

Comfort
Conditions
You don't have to introduce yourself - neither with your name nor your life story. If you nod internally at "sometimes nice not to have met you", we got you.
We don't talk about how you feel. You just do. And that's enough.
You need no skills, no artistic past - just curiosity.
Everything you need is there. You just have to show up.
Write us something nice!
Questions or feedback? We look forward to hearing from you.
Want to become an artist with us?
We're looking for you and your ideas! Turn your passion and creativity into a profession and become part of the artsip community. Enjoy the exchange in the community and networking with other creatives. And don't worry... we take care of the organisational stuff. Still unsure? We always do a joint trial run, so just ask:
